The Cardboard Canvass
In preparation for THE CRYPT PROJECT, we descended on the streets of Salford armed with cardboard and pens to harness the community's response to 'addiction'.
THE CARDBOARD CANVASS: Large pieces of cardboard with ‘Addiction is...’ written on them were mounted outside Salford Shopping City. Passers by were encouraged to write their views, thoughts and drawings onto the boards. Reactions were very strong with many people sharing their personal experiences with us.
Add your voice to the virtual cardboard below and influence our groundbreaking new play! All opinions are welcome and will be incorporated into the development of The Crypt Project.

I've started attending a self-help group for sex addicts. I haven't got an addiction. It's just a great way of meeting sluts.
I hate it when addicts find my page and post comments. Fuckin idiots
I hate smokers, drinkers and drug addicts and stuff. I just don't get why they do it. I find it pointless and stupid.
To be addicted is to sell your soul to what you tihnk is the answer to living a life. It works if it elevates you and means caring for others. It fails if it means you become less.
